CAR KEY STAMPER: The equipment was built to contemplate customer´s need.. It was built a bench and a comand box installed with a PLC inside. From signals from PLC a key test was performed to test if the key would be assembled witha RFID transmitter inside. The testing and stamper bench was doing only a couple of stamps at a time as the keys are supllied in na couple. |

START CONVERTER: The customer had a trial and testing purchasing system. Only after 30 days the equipment was being tested and aproved by factory floor personnel the firm would pay for the equipment. Our company supplied, installed and comissioned the converter. The electrical motor was from a galvanizing exausting system and had a hydraulic clucht attached to it. When the motor was in the startup it aquired 12 times the motor nominal current. It was a big hadache for our customer. After the system was implemented the startup current droped significantily.

STEEL PLATE THICKNESS PC REGISTER: Our customer had a Selsyn chart register. After a period of an year it received a claim that the thickness of a certain coil was out of specification. The selsyn chart register received a signal from na “ X” ray thickness meter. MILINK used a PC based card and a software where the speed of the PC chart was syncronized with the x axis from the chart and the thickness was the y axis from the chart. We use card with 160.000 MTBF. Also the system has a JAZ tape backup system for two years of operation and used DOS operating system at that time.
